Certificate Course in Ancient Indian Culture

Ancient Indian Culture is a complex field with historical, philosophical, linguistic, literacy, economic, social, cultural aspects which are being studied independently as well as in comparative light. MM Kane Institute has come forward with a Certificate Course in Ancient Indian Culture keeping in mind the curiosity of the students to understand the various facets of Ancient Indian Culture.  

Eligibility : A Candidate for being eligible for admission to the course must have passed H.S.C. (XII) of the Maharashtra State Board or any equivalent examination.

Duration : 90 hours. (45 lectures of 1hr/paper)

ASM LitClub Programme

The Asiatic Society of Mumbai Literary Club (ASM LitClub) invites you to join us as we pay homage to the world’s eminent dramatist William Shakespeare on his birth anniversary, Thursday, 23rd April, 2015, from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the Durbar Hall of the Society.
Some of his Folios and other rare books will be on display on the occasion. You are welcome to say a few words or read an excerpt from a play or a poem that appeals to you.
This is an informal meeting dedicated to the memory of the Bard of Avon.
