The Asiatic Society of Mumbai Literary Club cordially invites you to a talk by the author Shri Vappala Balachandran on his book "A Life in the Shadow: The Secret History of A.C.N . Nambiar" on Friday, 21st April at 4.00 p.m. in the Durbar Hall of the Society.

"The author will talk about the remarkable life of A.C.N.  Nambiar, that has been described in this book. He was a Nationalist and a freedom fighter, a diplomat who was a friend of Subash Chandra Bose and Jawaharlal Nehru. He was an envoy to Nazi Germany and spent much of his life serving the Indian Independence movement in Europe.

It will be fascinating to know about Nambiar's life and  work, do attend this lecture."
