Due to heavy downpour and Red Alert in Mumbai City and the suburbs of Mumbai and Thane, and also disruption in train services due to water logging, it has been decided to close the Office and the Library of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai today, the 19th August, 2025.
 
The inconvenience caused to the members is regretted.
