NOTICE TO THE NEW APPLICANTS
FOR COLLECTION OF ID-CARDS AND RECEIPTS

New applicants, whose Applications for Membership to the Asiatic Society of Mumbai has been approved, are hereby informed that their ID Cards and Payment Receipts will be issued to them after 15 January 2026, as the preparation of the work is still in progress.

Further they are requested to collect the same personally on production of their payment / transaction details / printouts. If they cannot visit personally, then they should send a proper Signed Authority Letter (with a copy of their Aadhaar / PAN Card), mentioning the name of the person to whom to handover the ID-Card and Payment Receipts. The Authorised Person should carry a copy of their Aadhaar / PAN for Identification.

Please note that no one will be handed over more than one ID-Card at a time even to the authorised person.
