SYNOPSIS
This is the story of Bombay through the gateway of stamps. Stamps show how the then Portuguese colony named Mombaim became Bombay, the dowry of the Portuguese queen. The city thrived with the induction of Railways, trade & banking made it the financial capital, education & universities took it higher, and law and order brought justice. Medicine, governance and sports kept the city healthy. I will also cover personalities who made this happen. This session is a journey of the making of Mumbai.
