NOTICE TO THE NEW APPLICANTS
FOR COLLECTION OF ID-CARDS AND RECEIPTS
New applicants, whose Applications for Membership to the Asiatic Society of Mumbai has been approved, are hereby informed that their ID Cards and Payment Receipts will be issued to them after 31st December 2025.
Further they are requested to collect the same personally on production of their payment / transaction details / printouts. If they cannot visit personally, then they should send a proper Signed Authority Letter (with a copy of their Aadhaar / PAN Card), mentioning the name of the person to whom to handover the ID-Card and Payment Receipts. The Authorised Person should carry a copy of their Aadhaar / PAN for Identification.
Please note that no one will be handed over more than one ID-Card at a time even to the authorised person.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS
New applicants are hereby informed that their Application for Membership to the Asiatic Society of Mumbai has been approved. They are now requested to make the necessary payment by Wednesday, 26th November 2025, as per the category they have applied for, so that their name can be added to the List of Membership.
Resident - Annual (OR) : Rs. 3,235/-
Resident - Life (RL) : Rs.20,235/-
Non-Resident-Annual (NR) : Rs. 1,235/-
Non-Resident-Life (NRL) : Rs.10,325/-
The payment can be made through electronic transfer. Please share the payment details of the transaction on our email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Our bank details are attached. Kindly ignore, if payment is already made.
Further, if payment is already made, kindly ensure that you collect the receipt / I-card during Office hours (between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
Please note that if your payment is not made by Wednesday, 26th November 2025, your name will not be included in the list of members.
