HOLIDAY  NOTICE

                                                    
As per the Government of Maharashtra Notification dated 5th December 2025, the Bakri ID (Id-Uz-Zuha) is on Thursday, 28th May 2026.   Accordingly, the Office and the Library of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai will remain closed on Thursday, 28th May, 2026 on account of Bakri ID (Id-Uz-Zuha), instead of Wednesday, 27th May, 2026, which will now be a working day.

Dear Sir / Madam,
 
The draft Voters’ List for ASM Elections 2025 has been published and uploaded on the Official website of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai.
 
You are requested to verify your name and if your legitimate claim to the Voters’ List is missing, you may write to the undersigned or members of the Sub-Committee, namely, Mr. Mandar Bharde, Mr. Surendra Kulkarni, Prof. Suraj Pandit. 
 
Your handwritten or hardcopy of the objection should be hand delivered to the Office of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai within fifteen days of publishing this list on the ASM Website.
 
Objections sent by email or verbal intimation shall not be treated as a legal objection.
 
Your co-operation will help us to ensure an error free Voters’ List.
